The first thing to go wrong
One of my friends has lost her ticket. Her $200 ticket. She called me this morning asking if I had mine, because she couldn’t remember if she even had received it — even though I specifically remember her telling me weeks ago that she had received it.
And then there were three
.. Days!
In my experience, the rule is this - the more excited you are for something, the more chance something will go wrong, or it won’t as good as you’d hoped. And as everyone who knows me knows that I am the most excited person ever about SFD, there is a huge chance something will go wrong. Just found this awesome Byron blog, it has pictures that just make you want to high tail it down there.
It’s got a mailing list as well. Ahhh Byron is so amazing. I remember last time I was there, I was walking up to the lighthouse and these 2 people RAN past us - and we were going uphill. They ran up the whole way to the lighthouse. Insane.
OK rain, I think we've all had enough.
Seriously. I managed to get in a sun bake and swim down at Main Beach this morning but this stupid, stupid rain killed the whole “driving back with the top down” idea I had.. I had to pull over on the highway, and the top ALWAYS takes longer when it’s already raining I swear.
And we have clubs to party at!

Stereo + a couple of things
Well, I’m writing this when I got home from Stereo on Sunday night. And I want to write about it now because I don’t want to forget to mention all the cool things that happened.
The FIRST amazing thing was Calvin. Such an amazing set… Mainly because I knew the music and I could dance to it.
The SECOND amazing thing was the endless sea of gorgeous, gorgeous males. The talent out there tonight...

Thank FUCK the rain has finally pissed off. Sun is out, blue sky, music pumping and drinks are flowing AS WE ALL GET READY FOR STEREO :)
